Firearms seized on Cunnamulla property

On Wednesday February 21, Detectives from the Charleville Major and Organised Crime Squad (Rural) seized three unsecured firearms and ammunition on a remote Cunnamulla grazing property.

Detectives issued a 63-year-old man with a notice to appear before the Magistrates Court in Cunnamulla on charges of unlawful possession of firearms, unlawful possession of an explosive (ammunition), trespass, and unlawfully take Macropod (kangaroo).

The matter will be mentioned in the Cunnamulla Magistrates Court on March 19.
