SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 7: What to expect

SAMSUNG'S Galaxy Note 7 phone is expected to be unveiled to much fanfare at an event in New York next month.

Invitations have been sent out for an August 2 event to launch the high performance device which is the workhorse counterpart to the Samsung Galaxy S7.

While the latest Note is a Note 5, Samsung will skip a number to align the Note 7 to the Galaxy S numbering.

The 7 Unpacked 2016 event will be streamed live from 11am ET in New York at www.samsung.com

The Galaxy Note 7  it is expected to have a 5.7 inch to 5.8 inch Super-AMOLED Display with an Edge design just like the Galaxy S7 Edge, according to tech site ubergizmo.com

The phone will be powered by a Snapdragon 820 or Snapdragon 821, or possibly a new model processor.

Rumours are the camera may be even be better than that on the Galaxy S7 , one of the fastest and best low light cameras on the market.
